- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions on your account, confirmed by our audit.
Non-Eligible Scenarios (No Refund Will Be Issued):
- User Misconfiguration: Issues arising from improper setup, incompatible software, or network settings on the client side.
- Policy Violations: Use of proxies for illegal activities, spam, or violating our Terms of Service, leading to account suspension.
- Normal Service Variations: Temporary network fluctuations, IP rotation delays, or minor performance changes within acceptable industry standards.
- Satisfaction-Based Requests: Proxy effectiveness depends on individual use cases (e.g., geo-restriction bypass). We do not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with results.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
